So what’s Aspire all about then?

Simply put?

(1) We offer a range highly efficient and professional services to Oxfordshire businesses and individuals, with the added benefit of positive social impact and a reduction in people affected by disadvantage, such as homelessness.

(2) We’re also about changing Lives…..

……….Aspire recognises that there is a fundamental aspect that anybody changing their life needs. That is Work. Regular, respected, worthwhile and recognised Work.

Working gives people confidence, self-respect and a sense of belonging. Structure returns to life and choices start to appear.

Through the Companies and Services we operate, we train and employ people who have experienced disadvantage. This will often include people who have experienced homelessness. Contrary to popular misconception, homelessness can happen to pretty much anybody. Marriage break-ups, family implosions, bankruptcy, addiction, leaving the Armed Forces, mental health and a simple run of really bad luck can all lead to homelessness.

At Aspire, (and you might think this odd), we’re not interested in homelessness. We’re interested in individuals who have experienced disadvantage and have a gut-deep desire to change their lives. That’s where we can help them with training, support, employment in our Companies and eventually helping them move into the wider employment market.
