Aspire Team Leader Assistant x 2 - Full-time, temporary contract (6 months)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (Enterprises) and the Senior Team Leader, the 2 x Team Leader Assistants will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our day to day jobs through our grounds and property maintenance enterprise services to clients across Oxfordshire, under the instruction of a Team Leader. 

This is an initial pilot of a 6 month, paid placement during our high work season. This may be extended upon review and subject to business need. The salary is £8.35 an hour for 37.5 hours per week, with 25 days annual leave (applied pro rata for a 6 month contract).

Aspire Community Transport Driver (part time)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (Enterprises), the post holder will be responsible for providing a high quality passenger transport service for our elderly customers, by driving our 17-seater accessible vehicle, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records relating to such services and contributing to the efficient operation of Community Transport. 

This is an initial recruitment to fill a regular one day a week cover slot, with a view to increase this to 2 days a week when opportunity arises. The salary is £18,000 per annum (pro rata for a part-time role).
