Aspire equips its Trainees with the skills, experience and confidence to apply for, and secure, full-time paid work.

Dedicated Support Workers

Aspire has a professional team of Support Workers helping our Trainees get to where they want to be. They offer a trusted and experienced source of advice and guidance.

Specialist Advice and Support

Our Support Workers provide Trainees with practical advice and support, from advice on housing options and legal issues, to signposting to other specalist organisations, to finding and booking training courses, to CV writing.

Practical Assistance

Aspire operates a Welfare Fund to offer practical assistance to its Trainees, including providing a uniform, paying for bus passes and lunches for work days, and subsidising training courses and qualifications.

Work Experience  and Employment Opportunities

Aspire creates real work experience opportunities in its social businesses for its Trainees, including:

  • Grounds & landscapes maintenance
  • Property services, such as painting & decorating and cleaning
  • Furniture restoration and textile recycling

Aspire acts as a bridge to local employers and full-time work opportunities for Trainees, with a diverse and growing range of partnerships reaching organisations across Oxfordshire.
