Aspire Oxford tackles homelessness and disadvantage through excellence in enterprise and employment. We manage 5 Social Enterprises, offering a range of products and services to businesses and private individuals across the County. These include gardening and grounds maintenance, recycling, delivery and recruitment services. We also have our own business growing flowers, fruit and vegetables for local retailers and homes.
We have a specialist team who are tasked with moving work-ready service users into mainstream work placements and fulltime work. Our focus is on employer needs and business requirements - we match users to roles based on their experience and skill-sets.
