Employment & Skills

Aspire Trainee Programme

Aspire provides employment & skills support to its trainees to prepare for their return to work. This includes access to basic employment development such as CV building, to the hands-on, practical employability skills of managing the daily work routine, through to real work experience on our social enterprises. This comes under the supervision of our experienced team leaders and with the dedicated support of our client services team.

Aspire Employment Support in the Community

Aspire is launching new employment coaching projects in Rose Hill, Cutteslowe and Carterton with community partners, as well as offering a new service to refugees and ESOL learners. We are also launching a new recruitment support service for the Westgate Oxford Centre, from late April 2017.

Contact our Pathways to Employment Coordinator, Rosa Curness (rosa@aspireoxford.co.uk) to find out more.
